Creation Conference

2018 GBC AUG BODYLIFE CONF sidegraphicDo you know what you believe about the creation of the universe? Is it important?

Do the early chapters of Genesis contain the foundation of most of what we believe as Christians?

While the focus of much of the creation vs evolution debate in Evangelicalism near the end of the last century centered upon science and evidentialism this conference will focus upon what God says about His creation and His purpose for creating it.

Join us as we look at what the Scriptures teach about the historicity of Genesis and how these truths provide the church with a foundation upon which we can not only defend and support a Christian apologetic for creation but also reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

In order to help families with small children attend, we will provide a childcare co-op. If you have children from newborn up to age 10, we encourage you to bring your children and utilize the co-op by registering to serve in one of the sessions. We will be recording the entire conference so you will be able to listen to the session you missed.

The cost to attend the conference is $20.00 per person. (Children 10 & under $10.00) Continental breakfast and a catered lunch on Saturday are included in the cost. You may register on Sunday mornings beginning July 15, or register by mail. For questions, please contact the church office at 925-676-1584.
