Ray Estenoz

Pastoral Assistant over Hispanic Ministry
Raymundo "Ray" Estenoz was born and raised in Cuba. He came to Christ at 17 years old. From 1995 to 2017 he served as Pastor in the Western Baptist Convention of Cuba. 1997 he married his wife Maria and began a family. Ray then graduated from Havana Baptist Seminary in 1999 and from 2004 he became a professor and director of the Chair of Pastoral Ministry and Theology. In 2007, he founded the Theological Institute of Cuba (ITEC) to train Pastors and leaders around Cuba. Ray has a Master's Degree from the Baptist Seminary of Havana. He has his Certificate of Theology from Moore Theological College. He has his Ph. D. from South Africa Theological Seminary (SATS). He now lives in the East Bay with his wife Maria, and two sons. He has a deep passion to teach the Bible and equip the saints for the work of the ministry. In February 2018 Ray joined Grace Bible Church and as of August 2018, he works as a Pastoral Assistant over our Hispanic Ministry. |

Luke Shelnutt

Youth Minister Luke has been part of the youth group staff at GBC since 2009. He graduated from the Master's College in 2013 with a BA in Christian Ministries. Luke has a passion for youth and loves teaching, discipling, and caring for the students at GBC. Luke was born in Vallejo, CA, and grew up around the East Bay, Sacramento, and Kansas City, Missouri.
